Andrea Favaro
Andrea deals with commercial law and international contracts. He has been the legal advisor of various companies and public bodies and has gained considerable experience in international company law. He graduated in Law with honors from the University of Padua and in Canon Law with honors from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome. He received his Ph.D. (Ph.D.) from the University of Turin and also worked in research periods at French, Belgian and US universities.
He is the author of numerous juridical contributions published in qualified magazines, held lectures and conferences in various universities in Europe and America.
Member of the Scientific Directorate of four legal journals, he organized various training initiatives, related to Corporate Law and Bankruptcy Law.

Emiliya Parvanova
Emiliya deals with family law (including international law) and corporate and banking law, with more than 20 years of professional experience formed with the frequency of some of the most important law firms of Sofia.
She graduated from the University of “San Kliment Ohrida” in Sofia. After graduating, thanks also to the collaboration as a lawyer with “Media holding spa”, she also specialized in labor law.
Recently she has dealt with important causes of contractual and extra- contractual responsibility, with particular attention to medical responsibility.
Emiliya is a cassation lawyer.
